Deliveries with The Graze Anatomy

We are pleased to offer same day delivery services to our customers within the General Toronto Area. 

Delivery Areas Covered: 
Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, Brampton, Vaughan, Maple, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Markham. 

Standard Delivery Times:
Our standard delivery window is between 11:00AM - 6:00PM. 

Special Delivery Times: 
We are pleased to accommodate special time sensitive orders. The best way we can ensure a delivery within the requested window is to contact us at least 48 hours ahead of your requested time, and a staff member will confirm the delivery details with you thereafter. 

Text Messages & Notifications: 
We notify the recipient 10-90 minutes (depending on ETA) ahead of time to let the recipient know we are on the way. 

Receiving our items (with no alcohol): 
It is recommend that someone be available to receive the package when we arrive. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will attempt to call the recipient with the information supplied by you. If we can not get a hold of you and the recipient, the order will be safely hidden near the recipient's door unless there is alcohol included in the order. 

Receiving items (with alcohol): 
As per the governing Laws in Ontario, someone of age must be available to receive any orders that include alcohol. If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact the recipient and you. If no one can receive the package within a reasonable timeframe, we will have to reclaim the alcoholic items.
