You can choose pick up or delivery date and time at checkout.

We offer free pick-up just a couple of minutes away from Lawrence and Don Valley Parkway at 31 Railside Road, unit 4, North York, M3A 1B2.

Same Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 10:00 AM, with delivery before 5:00 PM.

Next Day Delivery: Standard delivery between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Scheduled Deliveries: Choose a delivery window between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with a 2-3 hour window.

Special Requests: If you have any specific delivery needs, just let us know! We're happy to accommodate special requests when possible.

To customize dietary restrictions with our charcuterie items, please select your dietary restriction on the product page.

If you have more than one dietary restriction, or other dietary restrictions that are not listed on our product page. Please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note, our food is not prepared in a allergen-free environment.

We offer same day charcuterie delivery and pick up with orders entered before 10AM.

However, if we do reach capacity, same day and next day pick up and delivery will not be available.

We do recommend ordering minimum 2 days ahead.

All items can be kept for up to 1 day if stored in a fridge / kept cool.

Please contact us if you are looking to serve your order the next day, we will make sure to keep your crackers in its packaging or wrapped to ensure maximum freshness.
