Most of our orders are placed online, where you can select the date, time, and dietary restrictions for your order at checkout. We know some people need more flexibility when ordering, so you can always contact us if needed too!

Absolutely! We offer options to customize your charcuterie board to accommodate dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free options. Just let us know your preferences when placing your order.
When will my order be delivered?
For Thanksgiving, we recommend scheduling your delivery in advance. You can choose a delivery window between 10 AM and 6 PM, and we also offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 AM (subject to availability).
How is the board packaged? Will it look good when it arrives?
We take great care in our presentation. Each board is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives looking just as beautiful as when it left our kitchen. It’s ready to serve right when it arrives — no assembly required!
What if I’m not home during delivery?
No worries! You’ll receive a notification when it’s being made, when it's on the way, and when it's delivered. We also use insulated, temperature-controlled packaging when delivering to ensure your board stays fresh until you’re ready to enjoy it.
How far in advance should I order for Thanksgiving?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during the busy holiday season. Thanksgiving orders tend to fill up quickly!
